In PublicScraper, it is our goal to ensure that each customer is satisfied with their subscription. This Refund Policy indicates the criteria under which refunds can be given and on what conditions.

Subscription Payments

PublicScraper is a product which needs a subscription plan. The subscription fee is now charged upfront, depending on the plan chosen (monthly or 6-month).

Refund Eligibility

Only in the following circumstances, refund can be approved:

  • Platform downtime: When the service is unavailable due to technical issues and the service has been unreachable during the last 72 consecutive hours after reaching out to the support.
  • Billing issues: Repayment of two charges or verified errors on payment by our support team.

Non-Refundable Cases

They will not give out refunds in the following cases:

  • Mind change or dissatisfaction on service features.
  • Semi-annual or unused subscriptions.
  • Impossibility to use the service because of the error of the user, absence of technical knowledge, or improper arrangement.
