At PublicScraper, we want every customer to be confident in their subscription. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be granted and the conditions that apply.


1. Subscription Payments

  • Access to PublicScraper requires an active subscription plan.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance, based on the plan selected (monthly or 6-month).

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved only under the following circumstances:

  • Platform downtime: Technical issues that prevent access to the service for more than 72 consecutive hours, after contacting support.
  • Billing errors: Duplicate charges or confirmed payment mistakes verified by our support team.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with service features.
  • Partial or unused subscription periods.
  • Inability to use the service due to user error, lack of technical knowledge, or incorrect setup.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your account details and the reason for your request:

  • Each refund request is reviewed individually.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
