PublicScraper is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) tool that offers data collection and automation tools. By accessing our services or using them, you will be agreeing to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

Using PublicScraper or by just subscribing to it, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. You are not supposed to use our services otherwise you do not agree.

Services

PublicScraper is a cloud-based service to gather data that is publicly available as well as automate processes. It is your role to make sure that your utilization of our services is in accordance with all the relevant laws, regulations and the third party terms. PublicScraper should not be used in ways that are unethical, unlawful or illegal.

Subscriptions & Payment

PublicScraper needs to be subscribed to. The fees charged are based on the plan of your choice and have to be paid at the right time. Depending on the plan you choose at checkout, the refunds, cancellations, and renewal policies are available.

User Responsibilities

With PublicScraper, you will consent to:

Use the platform based on the legitimate and authorized purposes.
Credit the terms of use of third-party websites and prevent the use of the forbidden scraping.
Your login passwords should be a secret.
Your account shall not be shared, sold or transferred without our consent.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Use or gather data in a manner that violates intellectual property, privacy, and other rights.
Without permission, resell, distribute, or sublicense data retrieved via PublicScraper.
Hack, harm or interfere with our systems, infrastructure or other users.

Intellectual Property

PublicScraper owns all software, content and material that is provided by the site and is copyrighted, trademarks, and other intellectual property laws. To use the service in these Terms, we issue to you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service.

Limitation of Liability

The PublicScraper is being offered on “as is” and “as available” terms. We are not liable for:

Mistakes, lateness, or inaccuracy in gathering data.
All losses of profits, business opportunities, and data, caused due to the use of the service.
Third-party websites, platforms or services that are accessed by PublicScraper.

Termination

We have a right to suspend or cancel your account in case you:

Violate these Terms.
Neglect to pay subscription fees.
Participate in forbidden or dangerous actions. When you are terminated, you will no longer have access to the platform.

Updates & Changes

These Terms may be modified or the service changed at any time. The further use of PublicScraper following the implementation of changes is an acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms will be regulated and interpreted by the laws of the jurisdiction where PublicScraper will be operating.
